Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of SoccerFours membership SoccerFours creates environments where fun, fitness, and skills-building are a priority. We do not have any recognized teams or leagues, therefore it is expected that sportsmanship shall never be compromised for the sake of "winning" a game or gaining an edge of any particular opponent or team. No games will have an official referee, so players must self-govern their own games. Fighting will not be tolerated. Punishments for fighting will be left up to the decision of SoccerFours but could include permanent expulsion from all future SoccerFours events and the forfeiture of any remaining credit player(s) may have in their SoccerFours account. Our insurance does not cover non-members and therefore we are at risk of liability in the case of injury (or worse). SoccerFours would much rather put that money towards a charity rather than a lawsuit. Please respect the rules and the process we have put into place. SoccerFours reserves the right to terminate membership at any time. Participants who have their memberships terminated by SoccerFours agree to forfeit remaining credit left in their SoccerFours accounts to SoccerFours. Waiver of Liability In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way, and at any time in an event hosted by SoccerFours, the undersigned: 1. Acknowledges and fully understands that each participant will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from their own action, inactions or negligence, but the actions, inactions or negligence of others, the rules of play, or the condition of the premises or of any equipment used. Further, that there may be other risks not known to us or not reasonably foreseeable at this time. 2. Agrees that prior to participating, they will inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, and if they believe anything is unsafe, will immediately advise their coach, supervisor or referee of such condition(s) and refuse to participate. 3. Assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent disability or death. 4. Release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the SoccerFours, and its related Leagues and affiliated organizations, their directors, commissioners, referees, employees, agents, facilities and sponsors from any and all liability to the undersigned, his or her heirs and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of SoccerFours or its related "releases" enumerated above or otherwise. By checking the box on the SoccerFours registration page, the participants agree to the terms and conditions, have read the above waiver & release, and understand that they are giving up substantial rights by checking it and check it voluntarily.
